Short version: this is a waitlist for an app that does not exist yet. Giving your email gets you one message at launch and early access. Nothing here is a promise that the app will ship, or ship on any particular date.

Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by Yarra Alhamoud, an individual based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Questions go to yarra.alhamoud@gmail.com. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What this site is

A single page describing an unreleased mobile app called Cool Down, and a form for joining its waitlist. The app is not available to download. Everything shown on the page, including the phone screen and the example items, is an illustration of an intended product, not a record of a real user or a real result.

No guarantee of launch

There is no fixed launch date. Any date mentioned anywhere is an intention, not a commitment. It may move, features may change, and the app may never be released. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract to deliver software, does not reserve anything you have paid for, and costs nothing.

The email you give

Submit your own address, not someone else's. You will get one email when the app launches. You can leave at any time by replying, unsubscribing, or emailing the address above. How your address is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit addresses that are not yours.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or probe the site or its API.
• Do not copy the site, its text or its branding and pass it off as your own.

Ownership

The Cool Down name, logo, text and design belong to the operator. Product photographs are used to illustrate example purchases and remain the property of their respective owners.

Not financial advice

Cool Down is a self-control tool, not a financial adviser. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice, and any decision to buy or not buy something remains entirely yours.

No warranty and limits

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may be offline, incomplete or changed without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not permit it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU or Australia, this does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
